Hello! My name is Lisa Cornett, and I am the Managing Broker for Always Bright Realty, Inc.  Although we only started Always Bright Realty in 2014,  I'm certainly not new to home sales.  I've been in the residential home construction industry since 1997.

Over the years, I have helped hundreds of families move into their new dream home.  I have been involved in every aspect of the building process from bidding the homes, helping make selections, to scheduling subcontractors and overseeing the homes to completion. I love helping people to realize the dream of new home ownership.       

 

So when the opportunity presented itself to become a Realtor, it expanded my ability to help more people find the perfect home.  Now I can help a broader spectrum of clients, including those selling or looking to purchase an existing home.

I am no stranger to the construction industry, as I have been working on the accounting side of new home construction for 10 years.  Before that, I was a Land Services Manager for 5 years, so I am knowledgeable about properties, home construction and sales.
